Welcome to Carnegie Paintings and Clocks. We are a small, family run business that combines quality with affordability. Based in Plymouth, Devon, England, we offer a superb selection of antique clocks and 18th century paintings through to Modern British. We always stock a selection of Oil portraits and other decorative images.

Carriage Clocks:

Antique Longcase clocks
Antique clocks especially the Longcase clock are wonderful pieces of furniture as well as still serving a purpose. We maintain a stock of around fifteen clocks ranging from the thirty hour longcase through to good London and provincial longcase's. Antique French clocks are a passion of ours, as even from the least expensive you can still buy quality. Antique clocks such as the Boulle clocks and Ormolu and bronze pieces can often be found. We try and stock good examples of four glass mantle clocks as well.

Paintings and works of art.
Our stock of paintings consist of antique portraits, antique landscapes general figurative works of the last two centuries. Old masters do stray our way on occasion but what ever your interest may be it is well worth inquiring if we have anything not shown or to see if we can obtain it for you.

Selected antique paintings and clocks are offered on an approval service which allows you to view in the comfort of your own home. In addition, everything we sell comes with a full written description and a complimentary insurance valuation, just for added piece of mind.
