This is a good quality French ormolu clock circa 1845-50.
Eight-day duration with silk suspension striking on a bell.
The clock original would have been under a dome and had an exposed dial, a glass has been fitted to the adapted bezel as the dome has more than likely been broken.
Over all a sweet little clock of good quality
