The clock has fine gilding throughout with a perfect white dial with Arabic numerals and out side minute markers. It is eight day in duration and strikes the hours and half hours on a coiled gong, with the added facility of a repeat mechanism.
This is an unsigned French clock with a quality lever platform. The platform is of the same type and style used by Drocourt.
