Born 1884. Oil on board. A view of the Thames London.
The artist studied at the Slade school. He was lately
involved in the Newlyn movement in the early 1900's.
Had an address in London in the early 1930's. A very
atmospheric oil, which draws the eye to the small shore
fire in the distance. Size 8.75" high, 10.75" wide.
Now re-framed.
